Anxio - Wellness Platform | Website Design
Overview
Anxio is a digital wellness platform created to make mental health support more accessible, approachable, and convenient for Gen-Z users experiencing anxiety, stress, and overthinking. The platform allows users to connect with licensed mental health professionals instantly or schedule therapy sessions through a secure, private, and seamless digital experience.
As a freelance UI/UX designer, I led the end-to-end product design process, translating business goals and user needs into a complete platform experience. My responsibilities included user research, feature planning, information architecture, wireframing, UI design, and interactive prototyping for both web and mobile experiences.

Objective
1. Create an accessible and approachable mental wellness platform tailored for Gen-Z users. 2. Simplify the process of finding and connecting with qualified mental health professionals. 3. Enable both instant consultations and scheduled therapy sessions. Build trust through a secure, private, and transparent user experience. 4. Design a scalable platform that balances user needs with business objectives. 5. Ensure a seamless experience across web and mobile devices.
Problem Statement
Mental health support often feels difficult to access for younger users due to stigma, lack of awareness, complicated booking processes, and uncertainty about finding the right professional. Existing platforms can be overwhelming, making it challenging for users to seek help during moments of stress or anxiety. The challenge was to design a trustworthy and user-friendly platform that simplifies access to professional mental health support while creating a safe and welcoming experience for first-time therapy seekers.
Solution
I designed a user-centered wellness platform that simplifies access to mental health support. After conducting competitive research and understanding user needs, I structured the information architecture, defined key features, and prioritized them using the MoSCoW framework. The platform enables users to easily discover therapists, book sessions, or connect instantly with experts through a seamless and responsive experience across web and mobile. Interactive prototypes were created to validate user flows and ensure a smooth, intuitive journey before development.
