Prana.ai is a healthcare platform designed as an integrated healthcare companion that helps patients seamlessly manage their treatment journey by improving post-consultation clarity, ensuring medication adherence, and reducing gaps in medical inventory—while enabling better visibility for caregivers and doctors.
Problem Statement
Patients often struggle to effectively follow through on medical advice after doctor consultations due to fragmented information, low recall, and lack of structured support systems. This results in: Misinterpretation or loss of critical medical instructions Irregular or missed medication intake Poor tracking of ongoing treatment and medicine inventory Increased dependency on caregivers for basic health management At the same time, doctors and caregivers lack real-time visibility into patient adherence, making it difficult to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment.
